Massage Therapy

Mechanical manipulation of skin, connective tissue and muscles. Sometimes techniques are used to re-train and balance the musculoskeletal system.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a client-centered discipline that is based on understanding the relationship between structure and function, in order to enhance the body's ability to heal. The therapist thinks like mechanic and treats the body like a machine. It is gentle and extremely effective. Talk to one of our therapists to see if Osteopathy is right for you.
